Groundsure is part of a group of companies within ATI (“the group”).

1. Who is the controller of my personal data?

Unless we notify you otherwise, Groundsure is the controller of your personal data as it is the entity who alone or jointly determines how or why your personal data is being processed. Our affiliates may be the controller of your personal data in certain circumstances depending on our relationship, and the services we are providing to you.
