The Groundsure CON29M Official Coal Mining Search – is brought to you by Groundsure and Mining Searches UK under Law Society license using official Coal Authority data. The report answers all of the official 11 questions requested in Law Society Guidance Notes (2018) (14 for commercial property transactions) and has additional information should the property fall within the Cheshire Brine Compensation district.
